There are no height adjustment in Intelligent Mail Barcode in BCOCA. The only size adjustment is in width to generate an optimal or a small symbol.
The postal service max height is .165 for a full bar, so the .25 that you are getting is way out of spec. You need to get the printer fixed or use the USPS fonts and the USPS supplied encoding routine.

I'm working on the IMb Barcode. I have a good barcode except that it is

I have an Ricoh/IBM Infoprint 1872 and the firmware is current.

Here is the DDS code I used to create the barcode that came from the US
Postal
Site. Unit of Measure is *Inch and I have it set at .1. I tried it at
different sizes up to one inch, but the barcode never changes sizes. It
stays
at .25 inches.

IMBC31 31S 0 20BARCODE(34 (.1 *UOM) X'04' *HRI)

Has anyone experienced this issue with this barcode?
