OK, I see where you got the UOM. Still doesn't directly determine the
height, just how the number is interpreted.

Specify the height in inches or centimeters. When you specify the
height in this way, the valid format is (height *UOM). Valid values
are .25 to 25.40 cm (0.10 to 10.00 inches). The UOM parameter on the
Create Printer File (CRTPRTF) command determines the unit of measure
for the height.

So, what *UOM does is allow selection of either cm or inch. So, if
*UOM is used and the UOM keyword has CM, a value of .9 gives a height
of .9cm. If UOM is inch, than .9 inch is the height.
