One of the folks I work with just got this from IBM:
There has been an issue found with r710 DB Group 18 (SF99701) which was
just released on 11/9. There are issues when putting on DB Group 18 if
other PTFs are set to be applied at the same time. Symptoms include unable
to call / use stored procedures / functions. Resolution is to do another
IPL with no PTFs being applied. Development is currently working on a
corrective PTF. I recommend not applying DB Group 18 until this is
resolved.
I also want you to be aware that the PTF (MF48275) for DRDA issue,
24641,379, wasn't part of the DB Group 18 but the superseding PTF, MF48519,
is.
