MF99005 is not the TR, it is a marker PTF that also is there to deal with many co-requisites and pre-requisites and is an enabler. MF99005 is actually very small, downloads in about two minutes. The actual TR, not so fast......

So far, no TRs have been included with Cumulative Fix packages. The Dr. is correct.
