I would recommend, and what I do with my customers:

Download the cumulative.  Remember that includes database and hipers 
when your order it.
At the same time grab any of the other groups you'll need.  Security, 
HTTP, (which includes java), TCP, etc as well as the technology refresh 
group as a minimum.  Add to taste/need.

Put the cumulative and all the groups into an image catalog (remember to 
use "call Qvoifimg parm('imgclgname' '*ALL' 0)"  (the last parm is a 
zero) to add all of the files to the image catalog easily.

Go PTF use option 8 to load them.

Plan on one very long series of IPLs.  You may have to do one manually, 
although most likely not.  I'm guessing on a small box it could take an 
hour to apply PTFs.

You should get everything that way.
