Rob,
you said you ran this SQL via navigator, but I wonder if this could be ran from restricted state or how much of the system would I need to start to run this via STRSQL?

Some reorgs can take awhile. This one was running with no interactive or
batch jobs running:
Job 339929/ROB/GLH started on 10/22/12 at 11:38:39
Job 339929/ROB/GLH ended on 10/22/12 at 12:20:27;
Didn't really have that many deleted rows (at least compared to some of
the heavy hitters). Active rows are significant, 25,715,052.
