Look at the subsystems that are started in your startup program defined in your system value. Look at auto start jobs for each subsystem as well as your controlling subsystem. I have seen it buried in a job submitted via a startup program in a subsystem started from a subsystem started in the startup program. 10 second fix 1/2 day discovery.
