That's the question:

I suppose IF he is using QDLS (and I hear there are some forms packages
out there which still use it) you could use the WRKFLR genre of commands.
But why do so when CHGAUT and option 9 will also work in QDLS and you can
start phasing out WRKFLR specific commands? Heck CHGAUT works in
/QSYS.LIB.
