Thanks for the input. I've never had to get into configuring hardware before...

I googled the card and found one vendor willing to quote a price online, and it not cheap: $3,5400. So two would be well over $7k when everything is added in.

This was the only 10Gbps adapter listed for i. There may be a PCIe card
now supported, but I couldn't find it using the system builder information.

If you're already running a 5706 dual 1Gb ethernet card, then you're not
using SNA, even if you wanted to. That card does not support SNA traffic.
There's a software replacement to SNA, but it doesn't sound like you need
it.
