That makes sense, but to answer your question - I didn't think it was possible to create a logical using a key that is either fieldA or fieldB.
It should be interesting to see if anyone has an answer.

Interesting that you would keep the upc code on the product master as a product can have MULTIPLE upc codes We have a separate file with product number, upc code which means that you can have unlimited number of upc codes per product (well - not exactly unlimited, but a LARGE number)

If I have an product master file with two UPC fields, can I create a LF which will read the product file by either UPC?

Also want to be able to view with DBU with multiple record screen.

I can do this with a multi-format LF, but DBU displays (in multi-record screen) as one large field (instead of product name, product desc, UPC1, UPS2, etc).

Also can I do this WITHOUT naming each field in the PF?

Is there an better method to do this, for example SQL??
