It could be that the file is there, but the library list does not contain that library

Hi All,
I have received below.
Message : Error message CPF4102 appeared during OPEN for file MMMXXXX (C S D F)
Cause : RPG Procedure DDD009 in program XXXXXXXX/DDD009 received the message
CPF4102 while performing an implicit OPEN operation on file MMMXXXX. The actual file is MMMXXXX.
I have dumped this program but when job runs again the job goes into MSGW.
Can some please suggest what is CPF4102 Error is and how to handle.
