qsHell to native

Simple question: How do I execute a native command from qsHell?

Vendor package with that "write once, run everywhere attitude" has an exit
to a "native command". However, on the i, that native command has to be
run from qsHell since it has to run from the "ifs" (as if IFS doesn't also
include /qsys.lib).
