You are so correct that it has been difficult without having the proper
authority to the APIs and commands. I have already tried the RTVCRG &
RTVCLU commands and do not have authority to them as well but had my
manager run the test and they returned the same information I am seeing
from the API.

API's then it must be tough to figure all of this out. If he has access

the commands, look at all the commands in the qhacm library that you

access to, there are also some rtv* ones as well that you can use in CL.
