Just asking, if you don't have access to the commands nor access to the
API's then it must be tough to figure all of this out. If he has access to
other commands in these libraries and I am under the impression these
commands are probably going to give you what your looking for without
having to code for API's. If that is the case then I would just utilize
the commands, look at all the commands in the qhacm library that you have
access to, there are also some rtv* ones as well that you can use in CL.
Just trying to understand what your looking to do based on what you might
all ready be able to do.

Jack,
I am not authorized to use command DSPCLUINF so I had my manager run the
command and it displays the following. Just a note that my manager is
running my program as well so he has authority to the API and it does
return all 5 of the system names in the Cluster and a Current Node Role
and Preferred Node Role.
Display Cluster Information
Cluster . . . . . . . . . . . . . : PRODDCLU
Consistent information in cluster : Yes
Number of cluster nodes . . . . . : 5
Number of device domains . . . . . : 1
Current cluster version . . . . . : 6
Current cluster modification level : 0
Current PowerHA version . . . . . : 1.0
Configuration tuning level . . . . : *NORMAL
Cluster message queue . . . . . . : *NONE
Library . . . . . . . . . . . . : *NONE
Failover wait time . . . . . . . . : *NOWAIT

What do you see if you just use a DSPCLUINF command on each machine.
