You may need to do a RCLSTG. I had this situation several years ago where
something happened to my system and about 20% of my disk space was not
usable. On the later releases this is not as important, but may be required
from time to time. Note: it is a standalone function and could take several
hours.

Another area that consumes disk space is the IFS and Folders. You may have
functions that are adding files to the IFS (WRKLNK) and hopefully not the
folders (WRKFLR). I have seen sites using images for faxes, PDF documents
etc. These are all stored on the IFS.
