Is there an API to retrieve print file attributes? I cannot find one.

I have the TAA tools which have a RTVPRTFA command. I tried retrieving the
source for that CL program to see what API it uses and the source is not
available. Then I noticed in the documentation for the RTVPRTFA command
that it uses an outfile to retrieve the information, so maybe there is no
API . . .
