First guess: The program uses program-described files and the I-specs define record types with a specific character in one of the columns and for some reason there has suddenly appeared a record without the specified character(s).

Hi All,

Below is the error message I got.

Undefined record type is found in ZKP9AXI 159165 KLUPLIL (C G S D F).

I searched in google and found some related infomation like.

1) Record Name Mismatched.
2) OVRDBF
3)Records of type FIXED_LENGTH
normally use a physical record length ...
Records with
an undefined record type have no specific record structure.

My question in what sscenario we get this error and how to handle the situation.

Thanks in advance

Regards,
John
