Here's what I've found:

:: Dell 'ReadyRails' (part# 330-4531), works with square or unthreaded round
holes in EIA-310-E compliant racks
:: IBM 7014 T00 rack is EIA-310-D compliant (made before -E specs), has
round unthreaded holes
:: EIA-310-D and EIA-310-E specs are the same, just some changes in wording
(according to IBM VAR and Dell tech guy I spoke to)

But I don't know about the depth, no one could say one way or another.

So... I'm guessing that the ReadyRails from Dell should work fine with no
adapter kit. We'll see...
