I find that most servers will fit in the IBM rack. What you need to be
concerned about is round vs. square holes and how deep it is. Standard
Dell rails are for square holes and will adjust to fit most racks with
square holes. If you IBM rack is like ours, it has round holes so you will
need the conversion kit.
