First you only need to MKDIR to the server name, not to the share level.

Second there is a limit on what netserver can see, I think if the share name is over 14 characters, you will not be able to see it.

So MKDIR '/QNTC/ServerName'
Then WRKDIR '/QNTC/ServerName/*'

You should see all the shares that are less than 15 character names.
