From what Jim O said it seems like Cisco may have a problem with the Mac version of the software. I'll have to brave their web site again and see what I can find.
There is a drop down list for the connection name/IP but it never "remembers" anything but the current one. Jim says that he can manually enter the new details and it works - just doesn't remember the old details. Our experience is that it not only forgets the old details but also screws up the (assumedly) certificate information in such a way that it doesn't think it needs to retrieve it again but can't use what it has.
Really annoying.
