The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

Just trying to understand motivations that's all.
That better explains your thought process.

subject: Re: SAN Vendor support for IBM i?
Richard,
I am not here to measure "items". But if you are not just baiting the
bear I think my latter concern about HA during an OS upgrade was one of
them. Our current SAN (which we've just upgraded) isn't friendly to our
hardware. Honestly I did try to get my boss to look at friendlier SAN but
he was in a push for a remote desktop rollout. I also get a little
concerned about internal attempts at hierarchical storage. For example,
he kept a bunch of 7.5k rpm disks on the san upgrade (gag). Figuring
archival or low usage data can go there. Ever since the tarring and
feathering when we tried to put our archive Domino servers on to PC based
hardware and quickly had to move them back to i I have a bad taste for
cheap disk for archive data.
