Probably because we don't have a library called WTH, especially with any
programs called WTF.

Try looking harder in DSPLOG. That ending code may help. If you really
don't see it in there, then it didn't happen.

If it's supposed to generate spool files, and if you audit spool files (we
do) you can look in your audit journals to see what happened to them. We
did have to 'educate' a user who was clearing an output queue. Included
in that 'education' was also some enhanced security.
