the group PTF will be the one that you would want, it will include
MF99004 as well as all the supporting PTF's.

My guess is that SF99707 will be updated sometime soon as it has
previously coincided with announcements(spring/fall).
I think there is some type of announcement due on 4/11.

Read the cover letter on MF99004 carefully:

It supersedes 738 MF PTFs (Possibly a record!)
A SAVSYS is requested (I would say REQUIRED) before applying this
PTF.
It requires ALL MF PTFs be permanently applied prior to itself
being applied.
It also must be permanently applied.
If you are upgrading from an image catalog this PTF must be on the
image catalog.
It may change sysval QPRCMLTTSK or processor multitasking mode.
