Performed a dmpobj and see that the error is a JVM error
From the dump:

The job shows it is from our production web servers. They are all creating the same error.
Looking up the error message reveals:
JVMCI112
Unrecognized JNI version: 0x%08x
JNI_CreateJVM initialization found an non-valid version number as indicated.
