Yes, it's been missing from the beginning. But look at it this way, it
took you this long to notice.

Granted, there is some stuff they tried to remove from iNav. All the
interprocess communication stuff underneath application development for
one. It will look really weird to 90+% of us. However it was being used
by end users in Domino shops. Well, at least until they came up with
DLTDOMSMEM, DLTDOMSEM and DLTSTSHMEM. They tried to remove this as they
were pushing for more 100% Java stuff, especially when I submitted a DCR
asking for an enhancement to make it easier for Domino people. IBM's
logic was that this kind of stuff was only used by unix type developers
and that crowd wouldn't touch a graphical interface with a 10 foot pole.
Much less than even an i shop.
