Be sure that current PTFs are applied as well as the service pack to Client Access.

Following his upgrade to V7R1, a client no longer sees text when he drills into Databases/Tables.

I never use this path anyway, but I'm at version 6.1 of iNav and get the same result. When I click All Object, the text is visible.

Is there a ptf for this?
