There is an API for that.

Search the archives with google, telling it to search only midrange.com web pages. Type in:

how to determine who has IFS file locked site:midrange.com

in the google search box and click the search button..

The second result should point you in the right direction ...

(The same search without the "site:midrange.com") will yield more results but may take you longer to find what you are apparently looking for.)
