Technically, that is "dynamic" sql. However, I would think the only
reason to deny dynamic sql would be the risk of "sql injection". The only
possible method of sql injection in your case would be if someone were to
store the injection in one of the columns selected. Nothing you wouldn't
also be susceptible to with static sql.
