The one I know is a DST user setting where you can't reset an expired password. There may be others that are related.

What system value? As I said, I'm aware of the CHGDSTPWD command and have even used it before. I have sufficient access on the system to do just about anything that does not require physical hands-on contact; my profile was created as a copy of QSECOFR and, fortunately, they restored all of our user profiles.
