I don't think that is a system value - as in CHGSYSVAL. You have to be IN DST to see this one. Right?

What system value? As I said, I'm aware of the CHGDSTPWD command and have even used it before. I have sufficient access on the system to do just about anything that does not require physical hands-on contact; my profile was created as a copy of QSECOFR and, fortunately, they restored all of our user profiles.
