Did you ask why he would need that information.
A program can go through numerous changes over its life.
One of ours has gone through 136 changes that I have made, plus many others
that other people have made - and not just to rectify problems, but valid
changes requested by the users

My boss is asking me if there is any way to determine when a program was
originally created. DSPOBJD's creation date is the last date on which it
was compiled. It doesn't seem reasonable to me that the compiler/system
would keep track of the original date from the previous program object that
it was replacing, but thought I would ask.
