(what will you do..) We will prove to management what is happening.
of course, different programs being "x'ed" out will have different problems, but the most common we are seeing is that a data area is
left set to "in process".
-to set more of the backdrop, I am stuck in the middle between frustrated users, and frustrated programmers pointing the finger at each other.
from the user side I get, "why can't you guys just reset what ever we were in"...
from the programmer side I get, "what do the users expect to happen if they exit Excel or Cad without saving their work?"
