Thanks for the info.  Yes, it is a 520, M25.  Aargh!  I really don't
want to power down completely.  I'll see what our maintenance guy says
when he calls back tomorrow.

If you have a 520 the switches are on the FSP and yes they are tiny.
Itty bitty even. No matter what position they are in both need to be
switched. Of course you must pull the card out to do this which means
100% cold power off (Plugs out!) Once the switches are flipped, card
replaced, and plugs are back in, then the HMC will re-authenticate to
the FSP and you'll assign a new admin password (along with the general
password and the hmcaccess password as well.)
