There is that to think of. You have the whole team and not just your
local maytag repairman. When he gets in over his head, or in our case
when we've worked him for dozens of hours straight and he's going gaga, he
can call in reinforcements or bump something by someone else on the phone.
Also, there's been several times when I've received a call on the weekend
that a disk was going bad or something and I had no idea.
