Are canned ERP and other genre packages starting to use this stuff? I
scoffed at one session I was at that most of them don't use any RI or
other constraints and I was pleasantly surprised to find out there are
some packages which do.
The pro is the data reliability, auditing, etc available. The con is that
you can always get some competitor which states their package takes less
disk space and horsepower because it doesn't do journalling.
