As Roberto suggests, you may want to review the requirements for setting 
up LAN console on the information center.

Suggestion:  Since this location does not seem to be all that concerned 
with security, you might suggest very simple passwords for the LAN 
Console device etc, and make all the passwords the same, that way you 
only have one to remember.  They can always make it more secure later.
