Yeah, think400.dk was it.

The names of some of the utilities available at that other site sound very
familiar - however it may be just because some people like the command
naming style.

I can understand people who write articles/code for hire wanting to
continue to feed their families, and I understand that part of this deal
is that the people who pay them want to feed their families also. I just
wonder how long until copyrights expire, or if some of them would open
source them after a certain time frame.
