Last week, I asked if anybody on the List had any insights on a problem
with email sent through QTmmSendMail somehow picking up at least one
unpaired CR or LF, and getting rejected by a server. Nobody has said
anything, and it's still a mystery how the messages are getting
polluted, given that they're starting out canonical.
I ran a test on the program in question. The message is perfectly
canonical (at least in terms of CRs and LFs being properly paired with
each other) both as received by my email reader, and in the stream file
being passed to the API, before QMSF processes it.
This suggests that somehow, the CR or LF is getting inserted
somewhere in the middle of the process. That "somewhere" couldn't
possibly be QMSF or QTSMTPxxxx, could it?
Any insights?
