The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

Repair of a failed component can be done during the day, especially concurrent maintenance. Outages must be after business hours and we will post the scheduled emergency outage for failed hardware on our web site so the customers are notified. Adding new is done during our slow period, 10pm to 4am Saturday/Sunday. It is a balance between risk and necessity. We do all of our programming changes now on Wednesday's after 8pm.
We used to be able to bring the system down to do maintenance or install programs at will but since we are now more web based and moving money 24x7, no dice.
