They don't appear to be PTF save files. Here are some examples:

 QAALAL0001
 QAALER0001
 QAALGR0001
 QAALHL0001
 QAALPB0001
 QAALRC0001
 QAALRS0001
 QAALRS0002
 QAALSO0001
 QAALUS0001
 QAEABK0001
 QAEACR0001
 QAEASC0001

They don't have a description other then "Old name XXXXXXXXXX is QUSRSYS
owned by QSYS." As I mentioned, there are over 300 of them.
