Why send your joblogs to an output queue in the first place? Look at the
following:
WRKSYSVAL QLOGOUTPUT, check out option *PND. We use that.
chgjobD LOGOUTPUT(*PND)
chgJob LOGOUTPUT(*PND)

Job affected by that:
Job User Type -----Status-----
BRMRECOVER ROB BATCH JOBLOG PENDING

Status of job . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . : JOBLOG PENDING

4. Work with spooled files
Device or Total
File Queue User Data Status Pages
QP1AASP BACKUP STRRCYBRM RDY 1

10. Display job log, if active, on job queue, or !!!!!PENDING!!!!!
