Since a few releases back the system has automatically done this. You
have to select the right time zone for QTIMZON system value.
Depending on the time zone description in use, the i5/OS® operating system
can automatically adjust the local system time to observe daylight saving
time (DST).
Basically you pick a value from WRKTIMZON to stick in the system value
QTIMZON. Want to know more? RTM.
