Well, Charles, the person that made the comment was not a programmer. And I
agree with your assessment regarding the create date. I just had to verify
what I already suspected/knew.
As I said, we don't have a CMS here (though I'm sure David would be willing
to sell me one .-) ). Worse, in my opinion, is that we don't have
journaling - not enough disk space for one thing.

I can't think of a single OS that wouldn't change the create date when
a program is recompiled...
Given the object based nature of our OS...it's even more unreasonable
