BRMS: I do not want to come out of restricted state

When doing a STRBKUBRM CTLGRP(DTFULL) SBMJOB(*NO) OMITS(*IGNORE) where
DTFULL is a control group with these entries
Backup List ASP
Items Type Device

*SAVSYS
*IBM
*ALLUSR *SYSBAS
*ALLDLO
*LINK *ALLAVL

and I had the system in restricted state. Upon completion it starts the
controlling subsystem. I do not wish it to do so as I normally IPL and
that right after this step. What do I need to do?
