Hi

We've been using a Twinax printer through Ethernet cabling for years
and it has nothing to do with the network switches/hubs.

You connect the Twinax printer's balun *directly* to the balun on the
iSeries machine
using jumpers in the patch panel(s) *with no switch involved*.
