It's probably an awful way but i succeed in having a empty msgq deleting
and creating it with an other CL included in the script remotly called
that contains :

DLTMSGQ MSGQ(NOPALIB/NOPAMSGQ)
MONMSG MSGID(CPF2105)
CRTMSGQ MSGQ(NOPALIB/NOPAMSGQ)

Following your advices, i notice :

DSPCMD CMD(CLRMSGQ)
Allow limited user . . . . . . . . . . : *NO

The msgq is *notify



I 'll search for the really reason of my problem in a few days.
