The lower level text for CPF2357 can be illuminating:
"Recovery . . . : Display the job log (DSPJOBLOG command) or press
F10 (Display messages in job log). Correct the errors and try the
request again." A common origin for that error with both user and
workstation message queues is diagnosed by CPF2451 "Message queue &1 is
allocated to another job."; typically that the message queue is
allocated in *BREAK delivery mode by a different [usually interactive] job.
