WRKTAPCTG only works if the library is set in Random ( Library Mode ). I
don't want to use the GUI interface to see what is there.. What I 'want' to
do is get the barcode label from a CL and then make sure that label is what
the tape is initialized at.

Check to see if it has an ethernet port on it. If so, go through the
config menu and set the IP interface and subnet mask, plug in a cable and
fire it up.

Many of these have the userid set to Admin with a password of secure.

I have a TS2900 and run it in *SEQ* Mode, No BRMS, No Media Extensions.
Is
there a CL cmd, API etc I can use to have the Library tell me what tapes
are
in the machine? I mean what are the Barcodes on the tapes?
