The JOBD controls how much log you get, as Dennis said. 3 factors of the
message logging parm give you what will be logged. With the LOGOUTPUT parm
you can avoid even creating those spool files. Then you can see the logs
with the WRKJOBLOG command.

new one, all jobs end up in the output queue.
