Actually, I don't use it much to the IFS. I'm usually transferring Save Files. I send them right to the AS400 library structure...

i.e. "/QSYS.LIB/QGPL.LIB" as the remote directory.

But I can't imagine any problems with the IFS other than possible access/authority/permissions problems.

PS: And FileZilla is VERY easy to use. Probably as easy and intuitive as it gets.
